Tango camp “Crimean Vacations 2007
Year 2007…
It was a second time when Crimean Vacations took place again in Koktebel. There was the same wonderful nature, the Black Sea, Karadag mountain… but this year more then 300 persons came to tango camp. Some people came for second time, for somebody it was the first visit to tango camp in Koktebel. Nobody wanted to leave after the camp was finished. Within 6 days we made a lot – danced on all night milongas, went for sightseeing tours or just communicated with old and new friends. The camp highlights were the classes of tango teachers from Argentina, Russia, Germany, Turkey and USA, who shared their experience with us. This year our guests were:
Metin Yazir (Istanbul, Turkey)

Metin Yazir is a well known tango instructor from Turkey. His principal teachers have been Horst & Christianne Kroninger of Regensburg, Germany; Roberto & Vanina of Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Gustavo Naveira of Buenos Aires. Currently he is teaching at dancing schools of Germany ( Munich, Landsberg, Nortlingen) , Turkey (Istanbul, Eskisehir and Ankara) and New York and travelling with his workshops all around the world.
Ines Moussavi and Fernando Guidi(Berlin, Germany / Buenos-Aires, Argentina)

Ines started dancing tango in 1996 in Berlin. Since that moment she spent plenty of hours dancing and studying in Buenos Aires, Berlin, Nijmegen and other countries and cities that were a very important aspect for the development of her own dancing and teaching style. Fernando is originally from Argentina. He dances intensely since 1995 and made tango argentino his profession since 2001. At the moment Fernando teaches in Europe, America and Argentina.

One of the most beautiful couples of Moscow, they are remarkable for their non-standard dancing manner at Moscow milongas, their own elegant style and great mix of tango-salon and tango-fantasia. The most important in their dance is the contact and harmony inside of the couple and unity with the music.
Vyacheslav has been dancing since 2000 i.e. quite from the very beginning of tango life in Russia. He is the organiser and moderator of the most visited tango forum in Russia as well. He studied in Amsterdam, Paris, Bologna, Barselona, Istanbul, Buenos-Aires. Olga & Vyacheslav have got great experience in conducting workshops in Russia and Ukraine: Kyiv, Samara, Chelyabinsk, St.-Petersbourg, Saratov and Rostov. Their energetic and creative style of teaching are marked by considered structure of lessons as well as comprehensive interpretation of a workshop subject.

Arnaud has a background in music and ballroom dancing, but for the past 6 years he has focused exclusively on the Argentine tango. Arnaud has studied tango in Europe and in the US and regularly partners some of the best female dancers in Washington DC for classes and performances. Arnaud’s natural musicality and sensitivity to his partner make him a sought out lead on stage and in social dancing. Arnaud teaches a well-established series of classes all around Washington DC and runs a regular milonga at MezeTango Lounge in Adams Morgan.
Alexander and Natalia Berezhnovy (Saint-Petersburg, Russia)

Alexander and Natalia are professional dancers and teachers. Have the high horeography education. They prefer strong and dinamic movements in their dancing, attache importance to the sense meaning of the dance, harmony between the partners and elegance. Alexander and Natalia have their own dance schools in Saint-Petersburg and Finland. They often perform in many cities of Russia and Europe like show-dancers. Co-operate with several orchestres of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. All lessons of Alexander and Natalia are very lively, fun and open for all dance-levels.

Nikolay and Nadya are the teachers from GoTango school. They greatly appreciate freedom for improvisation tango discovers straight from the first steps. Nikolay is also a DJ on Moscow milongas and GoTango school practices.
